All payments due should be made 14 days prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed with the Event Co-ordinator. Payment can be made by cheque (payable to GUILDFORD COLLEGE), over the phone or via BACS. Details will be sent to you on acceptance of your application.
Setting Up and Dismantling
Exhibitors should have their agreed exhibit on site, set up and staffed by 11.30am on the day of the event and with all vehicles associated with their exhibit parked in appropriate areas.
Exhibitors shall not start dismantling their exhibit or move any vehicle until 4pm on the day of the vvent unless express and written agreement is agreed with the Event Co-ordinator. The Event Co-ordinator, Julie Tanner, can be contacted on 01483 884164 prior to the day and 07854 274866 during the event.
The site will be open to exhibitors from 8.30am to set up and the site will be closed at 6pm.
The college reserves the right to cancel the event at any time and with no notice without exhibitors having any recourse to reimbursements from the college for any monies, for whatever reason nor for any loss of earnings.
Exhibitors are required to have Public Liability Insurance (minimum of £2,000,000). Please ensure you have sent a copy of the certificate to email@example.com prior to the event.
Exhibitors shall take full responsibility for their exhibit and shall conduct an adequate and appropriate risk assessment prior to the commencement of the event, which is to be sent to the college prior to the event. If you have any Health and Safety issues please call the Event Co-ordinator prior to the day.
Exhibitors should ensure that they or their nominated agent are present to supervise the exhibit for the full duration of the event.
The college provides waste disposal facilities for visitors only. We require the full co-operation of all exhibitors to assist us in keeping the event site clean. We also urge all exhibitors to encourage the minimisation of waste and all waste must be taken home at the end of the event and pitches left as found.
