Merrist Wood Events and Meetings are based at Merrist Wood College (part of Activate Learning) which is set in a 400-acre stunning estate, located three miles from Guildford, Surrey.
Merrist Wood offers you a unique location with indoor meeting rooms and outdoor facilities, all of which are available for hire, whether it’s for a conference, event, wedding, celebration or meeting. It’s a top choice for meeting rooms in Guildford and events are held throughout the year.

Farm Open Mornings
Come and meet all our wonderful farm animals – piglets, goat kids, sheep and lambs, Darcey the donkey, cheerful chickens, happy ducks and, of course, a turkey!
You will be able to get up close and pet the animals, animal feed will be available at an extra charge. This is a great opportunity to take lots of pictures of your time on the farm.
Taste of Caribbean
Taste Of The Caribbean Food & Drink Festival is a celebration of different cultures and amazing cuisines. Our aim is to introduce people of all backgrounds, ages, races and religions to some of the most amazing food and drink in the world.
The event consists of multiple street food traders selling hot food, desserts, take home produce, cultural crafts as well as non food products.
