No – all new dogs MUST have an induction session and all future sessions need to be booked in once registration forms have been completed.
Of course! All our owners must sign for the consent of photographs to be taken of their dogs you can see each days Day Care on our Facebook Page.
Yes, you are more then welcome to a no obligation visit. Please contact our centre to arrange a suitable time.
We ask that you feed your dog before and after attending Day Care, unless for medical, dietary or age purposes, then we ask that you bring their own feed for us to give them.
We find it best that you do not stay; therefore your dog can enjoy making new friends and not have to worry about their owner watching.
Not at present but we are hoping to offer this service in the near future, we do have our own parking area so our clients can drop off and pick up their dogs safely.
We are currently only open 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday and do not offer any overnight accommodation or care.
Payments are made on receipt of an invoice from our finance department within 7 days. We do not accept cash.

We accept dogs under the age of 12 months that are still entire, but at the age of 12 months they must be castrated in order to still attend Day Care. Females in season will not be able to attend Day Care for the duration of their season.
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30.
Our staff have many years of experience within the animal care industry and come from kennel, rehoming, training and veterinary backgrounds. Many of our staff members hold pet first aid certificates and all of our staff our DBS checked, with several team members having gained animal related degree qualifications.
We offer a full day (08:30-17:30) or half-day morning (08:30-12:30) or half-day afternoon (13:30-17:30).
